Feel Free to Take a Nap

Feel Free to Take a Nap is a performance installation exploring questions of boundaries, intimacy, fragility. Based on dialogical processes between movement, language and text, the project seeks to deconstruct the exhibition room by welcoming the public as a witness, participant/co-creator, building a space of sharing, intimacy and uncertainty. Performed by dancers and choreographers Mirko Guido and Petros Konnaris, dramaturg Rodia Vomvolou and freelance curator Evagoras Vanezis, the project was born during the European program ́Micro and Macro Dramaturgies in Dance ́ and since then is developing its research on embodied discourse and the process of live dramaturgy(ing). It proposes itself as a critical, collaborative interaction(s) with the audience/ witnesses, denoting a practice of navigating through vital ambiguities, multiplicities, and contradictions.
